Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition/packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used makeup/skincare products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos (and a short unboxing video if possible). We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and an administration fee may be deducted from the refunded amount (if applicable).
How do I place an order?
After you place your order, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message from us. Our team will contact you directly on WhatsApp to confirm your order details, then your order will be shipped within the estimated delivery time.
When will I get my order?
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier schedules.
In some cases (remote areas or high-demand periods), delivery may take up to 6 business days.
